Cabell is a native Washingtonian and has lived in Northern Virginia for over 50 years. He joined Keller Williams Realty in 2021, formed Links Realty Group, LLC, in 2024, and was recognized as a Northern Virginia Top Producer that same year. Working at Keller Williams Mclean, the #1 Brokerage in Arlington and Fairfax Counties, has propelled his growth and knowledge of the real estate industry. Cabell’s clients benefit from his boundless energy, optimism, connections, and perseverance — which have helped him successfully represent both buyers and sellers in transactions spanning the breadth of the pricing spectrum, to include the luxury home market and homes over $4 million.
Prior to his career in real estate, Cabell was President of Tin Cup, a golf industry start-up. He led the company from concept to over $1.5 million in sales and opened over 1,500 accounts for a $20 product. Prior to Tin Cup, he worked in commercial real estate and served as Recruiting Director for HITT Contracting. During his tenure at HITT, the company grew from $300M to $900M in revenue. Most importantly, he learned, “no job is too big or too small,” and how important it is to take care of your customers. Prior to HITT Contracting, Cabell worked at SportGrass Athletic Surfacing, a sports turf industry start-up. At SportGrass, he handled everything from sales to operations. He was a proud part of the team that secured contracts with the NFL Baltimore Ravens, Green Bay Packers, University of Utah, Baylor, and AC Milan in Italy, to name a few.
Cabell graduated from Yorktown High School in Arlington, VA and earned a BA in Political Science from Hampden-Sydney College in Farmville, VA. While at Hampden-Sydney he was a member of the football, golf, and tennis teams. Cabell loves meeting new people and he is a natural connector with many links to the community. He currently volunteers as security director of his local neighborhood association and is a longtime member of Washington Golf and Country Club, where he served on the Board of Directors from 2003-2009. He also coached McLean Youth Basketball for 5 years and served as a Rules Official for WGCC Swimming for 10 years. Cabell also served as the President of the Hampden-Sydney DC Alumni Club for 4 years. He is currently the Chairman of the Keller Williams McLean Great Falls Charity Golf Tournament. Cabell, his wife Alexis, and son Cab, live in McLean with their rescue dog Bodie. Cabell enjoys travel, the local music scene, attending sporting events, and playing golf and tennis.
